You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.

How To Use

Edge NYC is located at 30 Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Once you enter The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, take the escalators or elevator to Level 4, where you’ll find the Edge entrance and Guest Services Counter.
Edge NYC is located at 30 Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The easiest way to get to Edge by public transit is the 7 subway train to 34th St–Hudson Yards station. Parking is also available at the Hudson Yards garage.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your entry time. During busy periods such as weekends and sunset hours, we suggest allowing a little extra time for security and queuing.
A full visit to Edge NYC typically takes 60–90 minutes. Your journey begins on Level 4 with the indoor immersive experience, which takes around 30–60 minutes depending on how much you explore. A 52-second elevator ride then takes you to Level 100, where you can spend as long as you like exploring the outdoor sky deck, glass floor, Skyline Seats, and Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality.
If you miss your entry time, please speak with an Edge Experience Guide at Edge NYC as soon as you arrive — they may be able to accommodate you during the next available entry time, subject to availability. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your entry time to avoid missing your slot. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Edge NYC is a family-friendly experience that’s suitable for all ages. The experience includes both indoor and outdoor elements at 1,100 feet, making it an exciting visit for children and adults alike. Children aged 5 and under visit free. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder throughout the visit.
Strollers are welcome at Edge NYC. You will be asked to remove your child and fold your stroller for elevator and escalator access during the experience. Edge is fully accessible throughout, with elevators and ramps available for guests who need them.
Edge NYC has a gift shop located on Level 4 of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards. Edge souvenirs and exclusive merchandise are also available for purchase on Level 100 during your visit to the sky deck.
Photography is encouraged at Edge NYC and we love seeing your shots. Remember to tag #EdgeNYC on social media. Hand-held cameras and smartphones are welcome throughout. Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, and lights are not permitted. Selfie sticks are allowed indoors only. Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality is located on Level 100 at Edge NYC, offering cocktails, champagne, snacks, and a full food and beverage menu. Outside food and drink is not permitted during your visit, though sealed water in clear plastic bottles is allowed. Glass bottles are not permitted on the sky deck.
Normal-size backpacks and bags are permitted at Edge NYC. Large bags and luggage are not permitted and there is no luggage storage or locker facility available on-site. If you are travelling with large items, we recommend securing them before your visit. For security purposes, Hudson Yards reserves the right to inspect any bags on entry.
Only service animals are permitted at Edge NYC. Personal pets are not allowed on the premises.
No weapons of any kind, including costume accessories, will be permitted beyond the security checkpoint. Bottled water is allowed in a closed container. Any outside food will be confiscated.
The outdoor sky deck is open to the elements and the New York weather conditions. We’d recommend that you come prepared. Remember, you also have access to the indoor sky deck.
Edge NYC is fully accessible for all guests. The experience includes elevators and a service elevator throughout, and service animals are permitted. Assistive listening devices and handheld captioning systems are available from the Guest Services Counter on Level 4 on a first-come, first-served basis. What is the cancellation policy?

Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

Other important information

Booking in advance is strongly recommended. Popular time slots and days, particularly sunset and holidays, sell out quickly and prices increase closer to your visit date. Same-day walk-up tickets may be available at the Guest Services Counter on Level 4 but cannot be guaranteed during weekends and peak periods.
Edge NYC uses a timed entry system to manage capacity. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your entry time. If you miss your slot, there is a 15 minute grace period. Speak with an Edge Experience Guide at the entrance if you need assistance.
Edge NYC offers reduced admission for active and retired members of the U.S. military with valid military ID. To book, contact our customer service team or call (332) 204-8500. Please note that the military discount is not available online and must be booked directly through our team or at the Guest Services Counter.
You do not need to print your Edge NYC ticket. We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, though printed tickets are also accepted. You can access your mobile ticket at any time in your confirmation email.
Edge NYC is included in New York C3 and C-ALL by CityPASS which bundles admission to Edge with additional New York City attractions at up to 39% off. Purchase your CityPASS online for instant mobile ticket delivery. CityPASS guests with an advanced reservation can book their Edge entry time through the My CityPASS App.
City Climb tickets are booked for a specific time and date and are a non-refundable purchase.
Children under the age of 5 visit Edge for free. All guests above the age of 5 require tickets to visit Edge.
If you can’t locate your tickets or confirmation email, you contact the on-line customer service for support.
No bags larger than a standard backpack will be admitted.
No outside food and beverages, strollers or smoking and e-cigarettes are permitted.
